Positive: The property is located in the old part of of the city in a very cool old building.

Negative: The parking situation was atrocious and unfortunately, because it had been raining four days, it was difficult to deal with our luggage. We didn’t have good instructions on where to park when we arrived, and ended up parking two blocks away and just leaving our luggage in the car. When we entered the hotel, they explained to us that we could’ve parked on the sidewalk in front, but we didn’t know that, and because we arrived on a Friday afternoon and felt rushed by traffic, we were unaware. It’s not their fault that it was pouring rain and that the traffic was crazy, but it would’ve been nice to have better instructions on how to arrive at the hotel.

Summary: The staff was amazing. They were extra accommodating, and I can’t see enough about their professionalism.
