Positive: We stayed for a weekend here. The place was very good. Clean, spacious, good furniture, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed is fairly comfortable) and plenty of parking space for 2 cars. It is expensive but I think almost all properties around this area are that expensive. There is another property next to this one (fairly away from this property that you can enjoy the privacy) so it felt secure.
Negative: One of the drawbacks I think is that its just 1.5 bath in a house that allows 6 guests - long wait times for showers. But the property already clearly mentions that on their listing. There were no check out instructions (Turning off heat, run dishwasher, how to return the key, etc.). But that's not really a big deal.
Summary: Great place! Would recommend!
