The Space:
A paved driveway takes your vehicle on a gradual climb to this lovely three-level mountain home. Be mindful that the driveway is steep and a high clearance vehicle is required to enter.
Inside, you’ll find views out every window that remind you you’re wrapped in the embrace of quintessential Colorado Rockies character – trees, rugged terrain, gently passing wildlife, hills and mountains. So whether you’re spending time indoors or out, you’ll be nourished by refreshing, natural surroundings.
The three levels of this home offer space to gather, as well as opportunities to spread out, enjoy different activities, or simply rest in quiet retreat behind a closed door when you need to.
On the main living level, an open concept space was designed for togetherness and enjoying quality time. The cozy sitting area features a sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair with ottoman, all clustered around a coffee table and facing a 65” wall-mounted TV. Lift the top of the coffee table to find a storage compartment filled with a variety of games and puzzles for your family and friends to challenge each other for fun!
Beautiful sturdy high top table with 8 chairs and 4 bar stools to be used at the corner table or kitchen island for total dining seating for 12.
In the kitchen, you have an unobstructed view of both the sitting and dining areas, so nobody has to feel left out of the action – even if you’ve been appointed official house chef! The kitchen is tricked-out for all of the home cooking and entertaining you’ll want to do.
Enjoy the use of a suite of full-size appliances that includes a refrigerator/freezer, cooking range with oven, dishwasher and microwave. A collection of smaller appliances stands ready to serve you, for both day-to-day convenience and special occasions: coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, even a slow cooker. There’s plenty of counter space for food prep, including the wide island, well-lit by pendant lighting.
Just off of the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and a utility sink. Go ahead and pack light – you can wash your clothes while you’re here.
There’s a half-bath on this level with a sink vanity that includes storage space below.
You’ll want to stay fit to make the most of the area’s excellent hiking trails, and this home makes it easy. A dedicated fitness room on this main level includes an exercise bike and a set of weights with a bench, all within view of the room’s wall-mounted TV and beautiful mountain views out the window! You’ll appreciate the protective padded flooring in this room, too.
A glass panel door leads out from the living room to an expansive back patio deck with a hot tub and a grand view! There is a patio table for 6, propane grill, and a corn-hole game. A few steps into the yard you'll enjoy an evening by the firepit. For a spectacular view of the mountains, take several steps up the hill to a bench that converts to an eating area for 2!
There are three bedrooms on the top level. The first is a family-style retreat with a king bed plus two twin beds, a TV, a desk with two chairs, and a private bath. The bath features a sprawling sink vanity with plenty of storage, two huge mirrors, and a shower stall. A walk-in closet provides plenty of room for everybody’s stuff!
The second bedroom is a family-style bedroom with a king bed plus two twins and a big, walk-in closet.
A third upstairs bedroom has an unmistakable vibe of sunny serenity, and is furnished with a king bed, desk, and a large closet. Occupants of the second and third bedrooms share a hall bath with a large sink vanity and combination tub/shower.
Welcome to the play room on the ground level! A clever convertible table converts from a pool table to a ping-pong surface. You’ll find all the accessories you need here to play, plus a wall-mounted TV to watch while you’re waiting for your shot, and a Bluetooth sound bar to play all your favorite tunes!
One spacious bedroom on the lower level is a visual delight, decorated in the shades of a gorgeous Colorado sunset. It’s outfitted with a king bed, a table and 2 chairs. Use the table to set up your laptop to check in with work if you’re traveling “on duty”. A large closet provides ample room for your wardrobe and stowing luggage.
This ground level also has access to the 2-car garage.
