Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! This unit lies on the border between Poncey-Highland and Virginia-Highland, both fabulous in-town Atlanta neighborhoods. Poncey-Highland is a mixed-use area surrounding Freedom Park, which is known for its walking trails and farmers market. The northern border on Ponce de Leon Avenue boasts dozens of shops, eateries, and entertainment options like the classic Plaza Theater and the wild Clermont Lounge. To the west lies the shopping mecca of Ponce City Market as well as the BeltLine hike and bike trail, which will take you right up to Atlanta's largest park, Piedmont Park. Virginia-Highland is a mix of leafy, quiet residential streets and a happening central hub with a vibrant bar and restaurant scene.
Getting Around:
The nearest MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) Station is North Avenue. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules.
Other Things to Note:
- NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, a minimum fine of $1000, plus any damages and additional cleaning fees.
-PET POLICY: While we love your furry friends, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cat stays MUST be reviewed on a case by case basis in advance of booking and are typically only approved for longer stays and for additional fees to appropriately mitigate afterwards.
* One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $150 fee, and each additional pet will be $100. A $500 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per poop left behind. Guests are liable for any pet damages.
- ADDITIONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION: Due to short-term rental regulations in Atlanta, additional identity verification is required. This ensures the consistency of guest profiles and prevents stolen identities. Minty Living utilizes a secure third-party vetting provider with 256-bit military encryption and GDPR compliance.
- LATE CHECK OUT: Check out at 10AM. Failure to secure a late check-out in advance will incur a $150 Cleaning Call Out Fee in addition to the applicable fees.

- 2:00 p.m. or later = 1 night's rent
- NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Management must be informed of every individual staying in the property.
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors. Failure to comply may result in a fine of 1/2 one night's rent.
- SMOKING POLICY: Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $1500.
- PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with prior disclosure. A pet fee of $500 per undisclosed pet applies, and a $25 fee will be charged for each pet waste left behind.
- LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. It is the guest's responsibility to insure their personal belongings and those of their guests. Manager and its staff are not responsible for guests' contents, lost items, or forgotten packages.
- CLEANING AND FURNITURE: Excessive cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration to the original position will incur a fee of $25 per piece.
