A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, house cleaning (every two days), housecleaning upon departure, Internet WI-FI, pool maintenance, linens and towels (changed once a week).
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
