The Space:

The home is surrounded by sprawling manicured lawns, with a sizzling BBQ and a 6-seater al-fresco table on your private tiled lanai.
The living room is bright and airy, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. Wooden fixtures and tasteful interiors add to the charm and a comfy seating area surrounds the smart TV.
Whip up your favorite recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Kitted with modern cabinetry and granite countertops, it has stainless-steel appliances, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.
