Hier auf 700 m Höhe bietet sich Ihnen eine herrliche Aussicht auf's Zwieseler Tal und die Bayerwaldberge wie Rachel und Falkenstein. Ein breit angelegtes Wanderwege- und schneesicheres Loipennetz wartet auf Sie und ist in wenigen Minuten vom Haus aus zu erreichen, genauso wie ein Skilift, eine Natur-Rodelbahn und ein Kneippweg. Der König des Bayerwaldes, der Gr. Arber liegt ca. 18 km entfernt, Die Besuchereinrichtung des Nationalparks, das Haus zur Wildnis mit Tierfreigelände und Steinzeithöhle liegt in ca. 8 km und der weltweit längste Baumwipfelpfad in ca. 35 km Entfernung. Unsere gemütliche 110 m2 große Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist buchbar für 2-6 Personen und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer. Davon sind zwei Schlafräume mit einem Doppelbett, der andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. In der Wohnküche finden Sie eine komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, einen großen Esstisch, eine gemütliche Sitzecke, SAT-TV, DVD und Stereoanlage. Alle Räume sind mit Holzparkettböden, und die Schlafzimmer mit Schreinermöbeln ausgestattet. Für unsere kleinen Gäste stehen Flaschenwärmer, Babyphon, Kinderhochstuhl, Kinderbett und eine Babybadewanne bereit. Eine kleine Sommerküche im Erdgeschoss mit überdachter Terrasse und Waschmaschine gehört zur Wohnung, von hier aus kommen Sie auch zum Garten mit Grillplatz und Spielgeräten. Das WLAN können Sie natürlich kostenfrei nutzen.
