This is a two bedroom penthouse found on the outskirts of Nadur. You will have full access to the apartment including the large terraces on both ends of the apartment. The master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuit bathroom with a bath. It also leads to a very large terrace with panoramic sea views and a hot tub. The spare bedroom is next door to the main bathroom which has a shower facility. One can also enjoy an open-plan living concept with dining, kitchen and living combined, which leads to another large terrace overlooking Nadur village and church. Here you can enjoy dining outside with our outdoor dining lounge furniture and BBQ.
Please inform beforehand in case of needing travel cot and mattress for infants and toddlers.

## Neighborhood
Nadur is a very quiet, quaint village built on a hill and therefore boasting spectacular views of Gozo and Malta. It is located just a few Kilometres from the Mgarr harbour and a short drive or bus-ride away to many popular Gozitan locations. One can find a grocery store within walking distance of the property, as well as popular bakeries and restaurants. The property is also located just a stone throw away from the beautiful neighbouring village Qala, which is home to many great restaurants and popular live-music bar Zeppi's. Nadur is particularly well-known and famous for its wild carnival celebrations during the month of February, with the whole town transforming into eye-catching floats, costumes and parties. Keep this in mind if booking in February, as it might not be the promised peaceful escape during that weekend.

IMP note: For those with mobility issues, there around 5 steps in the common area of the block which lead to the lift. Should this be an issue please advise and we can arrange entrance from basement to lift.
This property is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) as a holiday furnished premises for short term rental and is therefore equipped with all the necessities and is kept in the condition as required by Maltese law.

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged.
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
• The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
