Building amenities include pool area with hot tub, recreation deck with fire pit, BBQ area, club room and a gym. There is a lease application required for all rentals and the form will be provided with your rental agreement upon booking. During peak season from January-April, a 2 month minimum stay might be required. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals in Naples Square require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval.
