Positive: The property is absolutely beautiful, brand new and immaculately clean. So so comfortable and with really good mattress and pillows, definitely our best nights sleep so far in Thailand. Taking both rooms gave us sole use of the communal living area & kitchen which makes it feel like you are renting a full house. Every detail has been thought of by the owners and if we return to Chiang Mai this is the only place I will stay :-) The owners are the sweetest more caring people and were so accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions or needed help and were so generous and loving with our children. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special. The location of the property is excellent 10/10. The property is on a small residential street set just back from the main walking street which means you are moments from everything yet it is lovely and peaceful for sleeping. Just moments from the property you have a 7/11, a pharmacy, Boots, self service laundry, one of the best restaurants we found in all Chiang Mai ‘It’s Good Kitchen’ and a brilliant spot for breakfast ‘Hanna Restaurant & Coffee Shop’, there is also a tiny little coffee shop next door which is perfect for your first drink of the day! I would 100% recommend this accommodation to all family & friends.
Negative: Absolutely nothing! From a personal point of view I would have liked a few more hanging pegs for clothes but thats a small detail
