Modernized small village house in Sitio, Nazare, next to the main square, 700m from the light house from where you can watch the big waves in winter. From Sitio you have amazing views over Nazare. Walk on long pristine beaches such as Praia del Norte or rent an ebike and explore nearby coastal towns and beaches. On sunny and windy days you can also go paragliding south of Nazare. Ideal for couples or 2 friends. 3 people is possible but can get tight if you stay longer. Home-office friendly. The house does not need air-conditioning since it is a stone house with north facing windows which is naturally cool in summers. Free parking area just before & at the end of the street. Unloading the car in front of the house is possible.

Upstairs: Main bedroom (180x200cm bed) with small desk by the window. While the bed is big, the space to pass by the bed is quite tight (25 cm). If that might be an issue please consider it before booking. The extra room has a sofa-bed & desk.
