Amazing location. Brand new amenities. Spacious and lovely family friendly house (grandparent's main bedroom with walk in closet/bath and shower etc) and a bedroom with a separate entrance (great for a nanny). Calm and sunny.
Walk to the Wainscott Stores (like Barry's Bootcamp and Fish and Bagel stores), 1 mile to ocean, quite home (off a very long driveway), sunny backyard with pool and basketball net (and small court) in front of house with adjustable net. Lots of quiet places to relax and areas for groups.
5 ensuite bedrooms in main house and 2 nice bedrooms in basement.
