The pool & spa are heated with the newest LED lighting, waterfall, and fountains. Walk out your master bedroom to the most incredible spa built into side of pool. Lanai has dining table and chairs for 6 along with recliners, and wicker couch, tables, and chairs galore. All to view the large TV. You won’t find a better home and view. Perfect for family trips or vacationing with friends. Waterfront- yes. Your own private dolphin viewing from lanai and dock. Great pool to lounge around overlooking the huge Clam Bay waterfront oasis!!! Very private and peaceful as well as close to the beach Hotels. Walk to N Colliers in 1 minute. All the great restaurants close. Enjoy The Esplanade with its fabulous shopping, delicious restaurants, and the water views of the boats and marine life at the Esplanade Marina.
The home’s sunset skies are are magnificent. Enjoy a nice little walk to Tigertail beach under a mile. Bike to everything including the 4 beaches. We have beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, a cooler. Landscaping recently updated including royal palms.

You will fall in love with this home from the moment you walk in the front door and enjoy the water views as well as the high ceilings, spacious and open living area. The home is well appointed for our guests comfort. The decor is coastal to set the mood for your tropical island vacation. The split bedroom floor plan sets up the master bedroom with ensuite bath for your private retreat. The master bedroom is large and airy with both side windows and large sliders to the pool lanai. There are two large walk-in closets. The master bath is spacious with a oversized tub as well as a generous tiled walk-in shower. There are two sinks and plenty of drawers. On the opposite side of the home you will find the queen bedroom with comfortable bedding, a chair, dresser, bedside table, smart TV, and good sized closet. The hall bath with tub/shower combo separates the queen room from the third bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds with windows that view both the bay and the pool lanai. The bedding is again set for comfort along with a chair, dresser, nightstand, and a good sized closet. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all the cooking, baking, and serving items you will need. Coffee via Keurig or programmable coffee maker. Large LG stainless steel refrigerator. Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy seating for six at the dining table overlooking the pool and bay. The living room has plentiful sitting overlooking the pool and 70 inch Samsung smart TV. There is a desk set up with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. If you have to work remotely it is all ready for you to hook up your hard drive or laptop. High speed internet through Xfinity makes work or streaming easy. Direct TV is included. You can watch 105 channels including sports, movies, and major networks. The lanai is well set with a Weber BBQ grill and multiple seating areas. The lanai furnishings just insist you set and enjoy at either the six top dining table, pool lounge chairs, or the deeply cushioned wicker furnishings. All so comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the view. The pool is heated and crystal clear for year round swimming. The front yard has received a facelift with a variety of new palm trees including two royal palms and beds remulched.
