Come stay at completely renovated Petite Retreat! Our contemporary-style one-bedroom condo on the north side of county road 30-A is only 250 yards from the beach access and 1.2 miles from world-famous Seaside.
And we've gone soft, or at least softer. After a lot of comments a couple of years ago that our bedroom queen mattress was too firm, we replaced it with a Beautyrest Plush that seems to be comfortable for a lot more sleepers. Please let us know what you like, and don't, about our Petite Retreat. We're always looking to improve your beach experience.
We've painted Petite Retreat a soothing light blue, to put you in that beach mood as soon as you walk in the door. The completely remodeled kitchen features Shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, and top-end stainless steel appliances, including a GE ceramic cooktop stove and over-the-range microwave. The KitchenAid dishwasher is so quiet you'll wonder whether it's on!
We've installed new flooring, including new tile in the completely updated bathroom, and several wall outlets in the living/dining/kitchen areas have USB charging ports for your convenience. There's one in the bedroom too.
The updated bedroom has a contemporary look with a cozy feel. We've added a 32-inch widescreen smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows and videos.
We offer a 5% discount off daily/weekly rental rates for returning guests, and a discount for all rentals of a week or more. Sorry, no monthly or other long-term rentals.
Petite Retreat is located in the well-maintained Beachwood Villas community in Seagrove Beach. It features two swimming pools, two tennis/pickleball courts, beautifully landscaped courtyards and shuffleboard courts.
The smaller of two community pools is heated in early spring and Thanksgiving week. Actual dates may vary yearly.
Several restaurants, including the highly-rated Café 30A, are within easy walking distance, as are bike and beach rental shops.
Our unit is professionally cleaned by one of the oldest and largest property management firms in the area. Benchmark/GRS says it has instituted enhanced cleaning procedures, including disinfecting all high-touch areas. We urge guests to bring hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to use during their stay.
Condo features queen bed, Crate and Barrel queen sleeper sofa, 48-inch Samsung Smart HDTV and free, fast Wi-Fi up to 1GB. There's also a Samsung Blu-ray player.

Three-night minimum rentals preferred; a limited number of two-night rentals accepted, depending on availability. Minimum age to rent is 25.
We've relaxed our cancellation policy. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund if you cancel 14 to 30 days before arrival. There's a $150 service fee for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival.
