There is a large wrap around deck with a propane BBQ and a sizable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. You will find bicycles and helmets located in the garage for exploring the village or stroll 2 blocks to beach access. The backyard has a large picnic table long with a fire pit so bring your wood and ingredients to make smores. The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic.
