Relax in our spacious, two bed, two bath haven. Park your car in the garage and walk to to shops, restaurants and beaches. Just blocks to the Shalin Lui Performance Center and the commuter rail station. All of Rockport is steps away!
The space
We have lived in Rockport for 30 years, raising our children and enjoying this wonderful town. When our children were young, parties and gatherings in town always included soda from Twin Lights! We are so excited to own this historic property and to offer this brand new apartment to visitors.
You are an easy walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, even to the train station for easy access to Boston, Salem or other fun destinations.
The space is bright and sunny with large windows in every room. There are two modern full baths. One with a tub/shower combination and the other, en suite with a large shower.
Air conditioned (and heated, of course).
Both bedrooms are bright and airy with new memory foam queen mattresses. Everything is brand new and very clean.
We have provided you with 4 beach chairs and plenty of towels so no need to pack any!
The kitchen is equipped with most basic cooking equipment, serving pieces, utensils, dishes and wine glasses. You should have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and stress free!
You will find Wi-Fi information when you arrive. The smart TV is ready for you to connect!
One parking space in the garage is included (over-sized vehicles will not fit).
Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. This is a second floor apartment with stairs to access the home. There are two entrances, one from the garage and one from the street side.
You have access to one space in the shared garage. Please note that larger vehicles will not fit or be permitted. There is limited, free street parking in front of the building. You can also park extra or larger vehicles in a town lot and take the trolley for free. The closet stop from Blue Gate parking lot is Rockport Market. You may also find parking at the Commuter Rail Station on Railroad Ave.
