Summary: The property was very nice. The location was fine, the exterior was very attractive and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were great. However the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, giving my 12 year old a backache for an entire day after sleeping on it for one night. He slept on the floor for the remaining nights. Also, there was a huge load of towels in the washer when we checked in to the unit around 6pm. They were not picked up by hotel staff until the next morning around 8am, after 2 calls to the front desk. I think this was a misunderstanding on my part b/c maybe they couldnt be picked up until we were present, I'm not sure on this point. Besides these two issues, the stay was very nice and met expectations. All staff I encountered were very personable and helpful.
