Located in one of the best spots in South Tampa, close to the airport, I-275, Selmon Expressway, Kennedy Blvd, minutes away from Downtown Tampa. Near great restaurants. Great for a couple looking to explore Tampa on a budget. The outside of the building is not the prettiest so it is possible this unit is not for everyone. The inside of the unit is fully renovated.
This is a smaller unit, with the main living room, also acting as the bedroom. It does have a full bathroom and a full kitchen. No shared entrances. This is one of 4 Airbnb on the same property. There is another Airbnb above this one. The majority of the work done was done to the inside of the unit. There is private parking and the unit is fully renovated on the inside.

Old West Tampa is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Lots of unique homes. It is quite a family-oriented neighborhood in the heart of South Tampa.
Super close to the best bars and restaurants in Tampa on Howard Ave. Very close to Downtown and all of the major highways. Great location, Uber, Lyft are readily available! Public transit is a few blocks away!
The outside of the building is not glamorous, not much work was done to the outside so it is a little rough looking. So it is possible this listing is not for everyone, especially if you are only used to newly build properties. The building was originally constructed in 1910 and was most likely a historic carriage house at one point.
* When messaging us before booking, Airbnb does not allow for the transfer of information like email addresses or telephone numbers, they use a system called RegEX in which they simply delete the message going through. so please do not send me your number and ask me to call you.
* Don't throw away the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap bottles or you will be charged $10 per missing item.
* Large Bath towels destroyed will cost $10. Small towels destroyed $5.
* Pets are not allowed.
* If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke, disregard for the property, etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.
