This is a completely newly remodeled home located off Georgia Ave. NW (a few blocks north of Howard U) a bustling area near the Col. Heights/14th St. & Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro stations. You are 6-8 mins from Downtown DC & 3 mins to the U Street corridor. The space is the main townhouse unit which is the upper 1st and 2nd floors. It is a total of 4 bedrooms & 3 baths/w/3 bedrms/2 full bathrms on the 2nd floor, 1 bathrm is located in the large Master Bedroom. The 1st and main floor has a large bedroom w/full bath.
Located in trendy Columbia Heights, NW, DC near HU is Townhome w/Beautiful/chic 1st flr living room/dining & kitchen of a new/completely remodeled Townhouse. This home has everything needed for a wonderful/comfy stay. TV's in living & bedrooms/wifi/Cable ready. Enjoy countless great movies with your smart TV & Amazon firestick. Large spaceous Kitchen w/ all amenities/Washer/dryer/New/modern.
The space includes the 1st and 2nd floors of a 3 floor townhouse. There is a separate English basement with its own entrance and exit doors. It is locked off from the upper floors, however, it can be made available for larger groups of 10 or more (if available). The space, however on the 1st and 2nd floors can accommodate a group of 8-10. The king bed in the master BR is very large, and added to that is a single sofa that opens up into a single bed for another guest or child. There are two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with queen and double beds and a second large bath. The first floor has a very private bedroom with a full bath outside the door that leads into the large kitchen and living rooms. In the living room are two sofas (one sleep) that can also be used as beds. This is a completely and beautiful newly remodeled home. The prices vary depending on the amount of booked guests over 1 guest. We are open to negotiations, and respectfully requests upfront disclosure of the amount of intended guests. (PLS SEND REQUEST FOR WEEKDAY SPECIALS.) Pets are not welcomed on the upper floors, however, if you desire the basement unit, pets can be negotiated for an extra pet fee.
The backyard and side yard is now renovated. Private parking at the rear of the home for1 vehicle, but there is unlimited free street parking available with visitor parking permit which can be obtained at the nearby police precinct if needed.(We welcome groups except groups with intended unlawful activity including "s.x" parties, smoking & drinking).
