Casa Salomon is a newly built, modern villa with a private saltwater swimming pool and gardens. Located in Playa Avellanas, the secret jam of Guanacste, a short walk to the beach.
3 bedrooms, 3.5bathrooms, all interior spaces, including the kitchen and living room, are air conditioned, screened and ceiling fanned.
Fiber optic high speed internet allows work and entertainment.
Around the house you will find many dining options all a short walking distance.
The special garden features a private saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor shower and guest bathroom.
The space-
The main house features the master bedroom and bathroom, a fully air conditioned open kitchen/ living area with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the tropical gardens that surround the property.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oversized island and everything one needs in order to enjoy preparing a meal.
Passing through the sliding glass doors you step onto the wide terrace where you will find a large dining table with seating for 8, a grill and an oversized sofa overlooking the pool.
The master bedroom features a king bed with high quality mattress and bedding, a large closet and a separate terrace. Floor to ceiling black out curtains insure privacy. The master bath has a modern design with a large window overlooking the tropical garden.
The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are ad joining and located in a separate cabin just a few steps from the main house.
One has a king size bed, the other has two twins/ joined king bed if preferred.
All of the beds have quality mattress and beddings. Both rooms are air conditioned and have black out curtains for privacy.
