Custom built 3-story Luxury Townhouse finished in April 2020 with Top of the Line Finishes, Stainless Steel Appliances, Vaulted Ceilings, MARBLE Countertops, Spacious Open Layout, Built-In Fiber Optic High Speed Internet, Roku Access, and 2-Car Garage. On the Premier Floor you will find a Large Feather-Down Couch that seats Twelve, 60" Flat Screen TV, Dining Area, VERY Spacious Outdoor Terrace with Views of Downtown, Luxurious Master Bedroom & Large Master Bath with Walk-In Closet, and a Beautifully Finished Kitchen with Marble Island equipped for all of your cooking needs to include an assortment of spices and basic equipment for large family-sized meals. We provide a coffee machine as well. The street level space includes a Large Guest Bedroom with 2x Twin / Full Double-Bunk Beds and attached Full Bathroom. You will also find the Laundry area just off of the Bathroom. In the 1,000 SF Basement there is an additional Living Room complete with Wet Bar, Queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50" flat screen TV, Lounging Chairs & Table, Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and Closet, 2x Queen Air Mattress with Bedding, and Half Bathroom. Summary: Great property with ample room for our family of 5. The location is walkable to all of that the Short North has to offer. Street noise was very loud on Friday night, but the rest of the time was fine. Owner is very responsive.
