Welcome to The Tipsy Pelican! Located on the 2nd floor in the Pelican Condominium, this fully remodeled oceanfront condominium is located at the center of Florida's New Smyrna Beach. With direct ocean views, palm trees, and pool views looking out over your private balcony it will surely make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise.
As you enter the unit you will find a handy mudroom to store your beach chairs, towels, coolers, hats, sandals, etc.. Down the hall you will find a spacious sized master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. The master bathroom has been completely renovated and updated to a walk in shower, new sink and toilet, and all new cabinets and tile. The master bedroom features a king size bed along with cable TV. Prior to the master bedroom you will find the guest bedroom and this room features a queen size bed along with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The guest bedroom also features cable TV/DVD. Directly across from the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom. Also, completely renovated this bathroom features all new sinks, toilet, and walk in shower. The brand new kitchen features all new appliances with an expansive kitchen island and all new cabinetry. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and everything is very clean. A separate dining area along with the oversized island will provide plenty of seating and space for eating in. The living space is large and oversized with wall to wall balcony windows giving you a great view from anywhere in the kitchen and living area. Living space has plenty of seating with a large cable TV. Free wifi is available through the Tipsy Pelican as well.
One of the Pelican's best amenities is its location. So many fantastic local restaurants to choose from and easy access to Flagler Ave. or Publix super market for a quick shopping trip. The Pelican is also located directly on the ocean so the walk from the unit to the pool and beach are very short and easy.
While staying here, we offer two beach chairs, a cooler, a pop up sun shade, and a few beach toys and boards as well as stock the condo with plenty of soft linens and towels.
