When you enter you will notice the tall ceilings, beautiful white oak LVP, and yes, an elevator! The bottom floor hosts a full queen en suite, with a spacious tile shower. This bedroom is complete with a kitchenette where you will find a modern Galanz Refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a sink.
Ride the elevator up to the second floor to the primary suite. Decorated in calming shades of green, with modern furniture and a plush new mattress, we are sure you will sleep like a baby! Of course, there is also a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Step into the attached bathroom to a large, frameless rain-fall shower with custom tile and a double vanity. You also have your own glass sliders to a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee.
Just down the hall is the queen bedroom, where you will find another cozy mattress and a smart TV. This bedroom leads to a jack and Jill bathroom that features a sleek undermount sink and tiled shower/tub combo. On the other side of the jack and jill bathroom is a great space for the kids. Two sets of custom-built bunk beds, a smart TV, and room to play! This floor is also host to a top of the line Samsung washer & dryer.
When you ascend the stairs (or elevator) to the third floor, you'll be welcomed into the main living area. The living room features a shiplap wall that holds a 55-inch smart TV, plenty of comfy seating, and beautiful modern décor. Exit onto the second balcony and find an ocean view just across the street!
The kitchen in this property is an absolute dream to cook in! The soft-close cabinets are fully stocked with dishes and utensils, and you will find only the best appliances here! This includes a large gas cook top with custom hood vent, a smart dishwasher, french door refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. The wooden Arhaus dining table seats eight, and a large quartz countertop island seats four, still leaving plenty of space for preparing meals. The half bathroom features a shiplap wall and custom lighting.
Finally, the top floor, the lounge! This area is perfect for winding down a long hot beach day with a cocktail. There is a wet bar complete with wine cooler and sink, a cozy seating area, as well as a bar seating area. Mix up one of your favorite drinks here, or peruse through one of the mixology books on the bar. This space gets even better, as you exit the huge sliding glass doors onto the rooftop deck. This is the perfect place to take in the sunrise by the glass fire pit, or play a few rounds on the custom outdoor pool table! You may find you hardly leave this floor, as it even has a full bathroom with custom tiled shower. Since the elevator goes all the way to the top, everyone can join in on the fun!
