The apartment is being newly built and will be available from August 2025. At 35m², it can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains. The high-quality sofa bed in the living area, features a high-quality cold foam mattress.
The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower.
The spacious balcony offers stunning views of the mountains and valley – perfect for relaxing and enjoying.

In winter, if there is sufficient natural snow, you can ski down to the valley station and then return directly to our front door. The ski bus stops right outside our front door.
In summer, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and have an ideal starting point for hikes. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge.
