Golfview Retreat is located on the 2nd hole of The Farms golf course in the Birchwood Farms community. This pretty ranch style home sits on a private lot surrounded by hardwoods with sweeping views of the lush fairway. The comfortable layout sleeps up to eight guests and features a primary king bedroom ensuite, a second double twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with two queen beds and bathroom. The open concept living area has a spacious kitchen, dining area, and a natural light filled living room complete with wet bar and gas fireplace. The two garage is available for use. The Birchwood Farms community offers three golf courses, an outdoor pool and snack bar, pickle ball and tennis courts, fine dining restaurant and lounge, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Immerse in nature on the miles of hiking trails throughout the community.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, hiking trails, groomed ski trails, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30).
