Looking for a secluded, quiet getaway that is still a short drive away from Razorback Stadium, shopping, Washington Regional Airport, restaurants, lake-life, and so much more? You have found it! Our place offers plenty of room for the kids to play, a firepit, and 2 porches to sit and relax on. Enjoy a half-dozen fresh eggs from our chickens with your stay. You will also have use of the owner's soccer field behind the house and are welcome to stroll around the almost 5-acre lot.
The Space:
This new construction house has 2 bedrooms and an office that can be used as a third room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full-size bed, and the office has a day bed with trundle. This home will make you feel cozy and comfortable. It is close to downtown Springdale, Walmart home office, JB Hunt, and so much more. You will love the firepit in the evenings with lots of seating and space to relax! There is streaming offered on the TVs in the house so bring your log on info!
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house except for 1 locked closet, guests will have access to the owner's soccer field and are free to walk around and enjoy the 5-acre lot (Please be respectful of the owner's house at the top of the property) There are 2 exterior cameras to monitor the property. Camera #1 is located at the front door and #2 is located of the side door facing the firepit.
The Neighborhood:
Home is a short 11 mile (17-minute drive) to the Razorback Stadium, 4.1 miles (10-minute) to downtown Springdale, 3.4 miles (8-minute) to JB Hunt Park, 17 miles (21-minute) to Walmart Home offices, 18 miles (21-minute) to Crystal Bridges, and close to bike and walking trails all over NWA. This home is not far from the bypass, shopping, and restaurants of all kinds. Wonderful country setting with the joys of having everything close.
