Welcome to our beautifully renovated (as of January 2022) home in a quiet southwest Pensacola neighborhood, minutes from the area Naval Hospital and a short drive to both downtown Pensacola and area beaches. Our home is perfect for friends and families alike, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, open living area, and beaches within 15 minutes for groups who are looking to kick back and relax on the beach or fish off the pier! Less than 15 minutes to Downtown Pensacola, our home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a nearby park and a shopping center down the road ready for all of your dining and shopping needs. The home includes 1 king-sized bed with an accompanying full-size futon in the bedroom, 1 queen-sized bed, and 1 full bed and double-twin size bunk beds; a 70" TV in an open living room; a full kitchen with bar seating, and dining room table for all of your cooking and dining needs; a ping pong table in the garage; and large backyard with pool and seating, ready for relaxing and/or family fun. Updated appliances and fully stocked essentials help cater to our guests’ needs to ensure they have a wonderful stay. We can't wait to host you!
