OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This resort style backyard features two unique separate areas. Depending on your mood, take a dip in the sparkling private pool with attached jacuzzi spa, and chaise loungers for basking in the sun. Or relax by the large fire pit with seating area and take in the incredible mountain views. There is plenty of space for a game of corn hole or a morning yoga stretch session.
Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy private outdoor dining for an afternoon lunch with sunshade, or at night al fresco under the string lights and stars.
Continue the fun with a game of pool or arcade video games in the newly remodeled, air-conditioned garage recreation space.
**The pool will be heated upon request. We have a 3 consecutive day minimum to heat the pool for an additional $65 dollars per day depending on the time of year. Please allow for 48 hours advance notice if you'd like to heat the pool.
**Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost.

Casa Tranquila sleeps 6 comfortably across 3 bedrooms featuring luxury bedding (K, K, T, T). The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, double sliding glass doors for instant backyard access and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity sink. The secondary bedroom also features a king bed along with a smart TV. The third bedroom offers two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new, stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher), custom cabinets, and a quartz countertop island.
We have Ring cameras at the front door and above the garage for your security.
