Two beautiful decks with incredible views of the Withlacoochee River to relax on. One downstairs and one upstairs, screened in, right outside the Master Bedroom. Either is perfect for unwinding after a day on the river or in the morning with a cup of coffee. The townhome has 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, two dressers and two closets as well as access to the upstairs screened in deck. The Guest Bedroom is equipped with two twin beds (all sheets provided) and has a wall mounted TV. Great for a guest or a room to relax and watch a movie.
Downstairs the Living room has a reclining sofa and recliner along with TV and electric fireplace. Full kitchen with all the basics and a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer located in the downstairs bathroom.
