Our year long renovation is almost complete! More pictures coming! We planned and re-built with a multi family vacation home in mind.
This house has it all. There is room to gather and spread out. Space for privacy and family time. Adult areas and rooms designed just for the kids.
Huge kitchen with 82”, 7 oven Aga Range, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, multiple refrigerators. Plenty of space to spread out and prep. This kitchen was make for cooking and this stove is to die for!
More about The AGA.... Induction top, 2 convection ovens, gas range, 2 warming ovens, 2 hot plates ( one 375 degrees and one 750 degrees) and 3 preset ovens (450, 350 and 250 degrees). This range is a beast and if you enjoy cooking, you will have a blast using her.
Bar hosts a clear ice maker, wine chiller and double drawer refrigerator. Massive 100ft Trex deck over looking the lake. Multiple living and gathering areas indoor and out.
Large dining room with custom bowling ally table that seats 14. 12 foot sliding glass door overlooking the lake.
4 bedrooms with king beds. 5.5+ bathrooms. Lakefront master bedroom is en-suite with a twin bed for the little one that need to stay close. Three other king bedrooms, one is en-suite.
Kids suite is downstairs and was designed to give our kids a space of their own. As you enter the area on the left you will find the bathroom. This has a locker room feel. Vanity with three sinks, two separated doored shower stalls, and two separate toilet areas. Further down the hall you will find the living area with sectional couch and 72" TV, perfect for movie nights! Attached to the living area are 2 identical bunk rooms. Each bedroom has 4 twin beds and 2 closets.
House sleeps 17.
2 washers and 2 dryers. One set on each floor.
Private Lakefront, 105 ft of shallow sandy frontage with a sea wall and stairs, great for young kids playing in the water. 90 foot dock. Boat rentals available from Cheryls Landing and Marina.
Home is two blocks from the White Pine Trail. Hop on a bike and be downtown Cadillac in less than 10 min. 25 min from Caberfae Ski Resort. Ice fishing in the winter and boating in the summer.
