Relax with the whole family at this peaceful three bedroom home just two minutes away from Cerro Gordo beach, Cerro Gordo mountain bike trail, and great places to eat. Our house has a large back yard, an outdoor eating area and BBQ grill, a quaint covered front porch with seating, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen, and a dinning room with seating for 6. We are 45 minutes away from SJU airport and Old San Juan. We are within 15 minutes from 6 great beaches. Fully air conditioned.
Welcome to our breezy three-bedroom home, nestled on a hill near the beach. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and TVs, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The bedrooms have air conditioning, and the living room and dinning room have air conditioning as well.
We have beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for the beach.
The master bedroom is a true retreat, boasting a private bathroom, a comfortable futon sofa for additional seating or sleeping space, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
Our home features a second bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone to prepare for the day.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with all the essentials you need for cooking delicious meals. Please note that while the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room also has Air conditioning. However, thanks to our home's prime location close to the beach, a refreshing ocean breeze constantly flows through the space, keeping it cool and comfortable.
Step outside to our expansive backyard, where you'll find a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, plenty of seating for alfresco dining, and a hammock for those lazy afternoons. The front porch is a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, with two seating areas that invite you to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
We are a 9 minute walk to the closest beach.

Playa de los Tocones (is a 9 min walk from the house/2 min drive)
-->When you leave the house, make a left on Rd. 6690 and at the corner turn left onto Calle Albacora. Continue straight until you reach Calle Capitan del Mar. Make a left until you see the entrance to the beach on your right. You should be able to find parking on the side of the road if it isnt too crowded.
Note: You will need to climb down a steep hill and then cross a creek to make it to the beach.
Cerromar Beach (is a 15 min walk from the house/2 min drive + 5 min walk)
-->When you leave the house, make a left on Rd. 6690 and at the corner turn left onto Calle Albacora. Continue straight until you reach Calle Capitan del Mar and make a right. Continue for a few feet and you will notice a wooded area on your left side bordering Lakeside Villas. Look for a narrow entrance in the gate that borders the property. This will lead you to a trail that takes you to the beach. You can park in front of Lakeside Villas or anywhere you find parking on the side of the road. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.
Cerro Gordo Beach (is a 18 min walk from the house/3 min drive)
-->When you leave the house, make a right on Rd. 6690. Continue straight and until you reach Rd. 690 and make a right. Continue straight for less than a minute until you see the entrance to a parking lot on your right. The cost is currently around $4-5 depending on your vehicle. You can also walk to this beach but instead of going all the way down the road you can cut through the Cerro Gordo National Park. Follow the trail signs.
