NEW!! Relax with the whole family at this fun-filled Scottsdale paradise! This property is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but is also full of fun! Activities include a pool, water slide, newly done tennis/pickle ball/basketball court, 9-hole putt putt course, hot tub, golf chipping & putting green, indoor game room and much more! Relaxation and recreation for the entire family!! The house sleeps 15 with 5 BR/6 BA and bonus room with sleeper sofa. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom!
Where you'll sleep:
Master Bedroom #1 features a king bed, 65 inch TV, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a patio right off the bedroom with private sliding glass doors.
Master Bedroom #2 features a king bed, 43 inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Master Bedroom #3 features a king bed, 50 inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #4 is great for kids and features 3 twin beds (bunks), one stand alone queen bed, and a 43 inch TV.
Master Bedroom #5 features a king bed, 55 inch TV, ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, separate sitting area and private sliding glass door access to the outside. It also has 2 chairs that fold into twin beds.
Bonus Room features a large couch that folds out into a queen size bed and has a 65 inch TV.
*Each TV comes equipped with Hulu Live, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus.
*If you want the pool heated during your stay, reach out within 48 hours in advance to your stay as it is charged separately after booking. Please note that we do have a ring doorbell camera on our front door to help monitor activity while we are away. We also have 4 security cameras on the front side of the house only to monitor who is coming and going.
