There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for two, a dining nook for two, and a high-end wall-mounted Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar. This coastal cottage has recessed lighting and a modern, renovated full kitchen! It is also one of the larger guest cottages in town! The kitchen is situated off the living room with all-new top-of-the-line appliances, a full-size Wolf Oven, a Wolf Gas range, and a Wolf Over microwave combo. It features beautiful, custom-built kitchen cabinets, storage space, marble countertops, and a large stainless farmhouse sink! There is also a guest half bath on the first floor.
Make your way up a set of stairs to locate a king bedroom, featuring a flatscreen TV. This room is bathed in natural light from surrounding windows with rooftop and Seaside town views. Off the king bedroom is your own open-air Juliette balcony! What better place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while sipping on your morning coffee or evening wine?
