This is a townhouse with two units. Both units have separate, private entrances. The units do share a laundry area that is located outside, downstairs. The laundry area has its own private entrance as well.
Please be advised that the driveway and the neighboring street tend to flood with heavy rains and this is outside of our control.
Travel insurance is recommended for hurricanes and other natural disasters. Travelers with insurance may be eligible for a refund. We will not refund due to said circumstances.
Be sure to grab any groceries or extra items you might need during your stay on your way in. Fort Morgan is a quiet area, but should you forget anything Sassy Bass Market and Dollar General are just down the street.
Start-up amenities provided are: toilet paper, 1 use paper towels, 1 use liquid dish soap, 1 use dishwasher soap, 1 use laundry detergent. All bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided.
