The Reserve at Holiday Landing is a brand-new community located on popular Tim’s Ford Lake. It’s an easy hour and a half or less from Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville, AL. Perfect for a long relaxing stay or a weekend getaway. This community includes a private hiking trail and a golf cart path that leads you directly to dock and boat access at Holiday Landing Marina. This short drive (less than 3 minutes!) will also take you to Blue Gill Grill where you can enjoy lunch or dinner accompanied with live music.

The Space
The Reserve at Holiday Landing is a brand-new community located on popular Tim’s Ford Lake. This community includes a private hiking trail and a golf cart/ pedestrian path that leads you directly to dock and boat access at Holiday Landing Marina. This short drive ride (less than 3 minutes!) will also take you to Blue Gill Grill where you can enjoy lunch or dinner accompanied with live music.
The house provides 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 king bed), bunk room (2 twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and outdoor entertaining area. This outdoor space includes a fully covered patio with a gas fireplace upstairs. The lower deck has a Hot Tub, grill, and Kayak!
First floor includes dining room, master bedroom with private bathroom and king bed, washer/dryer, half bath, living room with TV, and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare an amazing meal. Off the kitchen, you will find the outdoor fully covered patio nestled in a private wooded area with gas fireplace. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee and conversation with loved ones. The outdoor space also includes a mounted TV.
Second floor includes bonus room/living room with TV, two bedrooms with queen beds, bunk room (2 twin beds), and full bathroom.
During your stay, you can self-check-in with keypad entry. You can also bring your boat which can be stored in our driveway, or you can rent a boat from Holiday Landing Marina to enjoy on the water. If boating is not for you, enjoying the nearby distilleries, Cavern concerts and tours, hiking trails, and golfing!
