This incredible five bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 11 and boasts the perfect location to take advantage of all that Seabrook has to offer. Crescent Park, with its dual fire pits, volleyball nets, and expansive grass lawn is just steps away. At the south end of the park is the indoor pool and to the north you will find horseshoes and shuffleboard. Visit the nearby historic Dorothy Anderson cabin, restored by Seabrook to honor one of the first settlers of the Pacific Beach area. The Oyster House is at the center of neighborhood activities, where kids will always find a playmate and adults can always find time for themselves.
The Oyster house is the quintessential Seabrook vacation home emphasizing enjoyable living spaces both indoors and outdoors. The wrap around porch welcomes visitors at the front door and continues around to the covered dining area and quaint garden yard at the rear of the house. There is also a lovely private hot tub area tucked away in the back. Once inside the foyer of this bright and cheerful home, you will see what makes it unique from all other vacation rentals. White-washed, wood paneled walls, hardwood floors throughout and a grand fireplace make the spacious living and dining room the heart of this home. The large, open kitchen will impress even the most gourmet of chefs, with its Viking gas range, dual dishwashers, granite counters, and three separate kitchen sinks. Mix yourself a drink at the full wet-bar, complete with a small refrigerator for keeping wine and other drinks cool and easily accessible. Conveniently located on the first level, are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The smaller bedroom, features a twin trundle bed and a tv with gaming system. The second bedroom looks out towards Crescent park and has a king size bed and a lovely piano for musicians of all skill levels to tickle the ivories.
From the foyer, follow the grand staircase upstairs to three additional bedrooms, including the private primarysuite with a king size bed, a charming veranda, an oversized bathroom with steam shower and a beautifully restored, vintage soaking tub. Kids of all ages will love the window seat at the top of the stairs, where views of the park and beyond can be enjoyed from this unique spot!
