With this house there’s room for luxurious amenities, home-like comforts, and plenty of memory making. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens make this the perfect multiple family destination.
The large back decks have eastern exposure out of the afternoon wind and sun with fast water 6 minutes away. Enjoy the included stand up paddle boards, covered pedal boat, and sit on kayaks. We have one of the safest swimming areas with no current and little boat traffic in the bay.
We completed a 3874 sq. ft. energy-efficient whole house remodel recently. There is a 20 piece patio and dining set on the upper deck. The dock has also been expanded to allow for more furniture and a shade cover. The house has a 24-panel solar system with LED lighting and LED televisions throughout.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a strictly enforced 14 person maximum occupancy at ALL times. There will be NO exceptions for visitors or infants. Please book 2 homes or a different house if your group size will be over 14 at ANY point. Due to irresponsible renters, the majority of adult guests must be over 35. The property is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and our full time neighbors. The reviews may mention large gatherings and parties. These are no longer allowed as most of them were held without prior approval.
Negligence is not covered by insurance, you will be billed or evicted for violations of house policy. Stains on surfaces, upholstery, and cushions must be cleaned up or an extra cleaning fee will be assessed.
The no smoking policy includes the exterior of the house.
Fishing is permitted using barb-less hooks and is catch and release only.
