On the main level, you have the dining room table, fully stocked kitchen, and the main living room with 65' Smart TV, as well as your exit to the fully-fenced in back yard with 55' TV outside!
Also on the main level is a full 1-bedroom suite complete with small kitchen (no range or dishwasher - and not fully stocked), full bathroom with walk-in shower, living room, and bedroom with king sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and a separate stacked washer-dryer.
On the 2nd level you have the Main bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower and separate tub, huge walk-in closet, and full-length mirror. Outside from the Main bedroom you have a balcony with sitting area.
Also on the 2nd level you have a 2nd bedroom with a trundle bed (either 1 or 2 twin beds at a time), big walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additionally, there is a large "landing" area with a dedicated workspace, area for a blowup mattress, or anything that you feel you need a little extra space for.
The home is equipped with some nice smart home features like dimmable lights, programmed smart thermostats that adjust on a schedule (77 during the day, 69 at night - or we can customize to your liking), and smart door locks.
2 coffee machines are provided - Keurig and Gen 1 Nespresso, as well as some pods to get you going.
Monthly cleaning is included if staying longer than 1 month. We will confirm scheduling with you. Only laundry for linens is included in the monthly cleaning, if desired.
