Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door.

Note this bedroom is not fully private and open to the home’s stairs. Master bedroom has a LED 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Main floor entry bedroom has a 34” mounted 4K LED Smart TV with Apple TV.

Large and open area with sectional couch, gas fireplace and LED 60” Smart TV with Apple and full integrated Harmony remote.

Guest Access:
Guest(s) will have access to everything in the home. Door code will be given upon check-in. We will be available for your questions during your stay but the amount of interaction will be determined by you, the guest. We are at your service 24/7.
