Stay at this elegant cathedral ceiling apartment with excellent views to El Yunque National Forest and Golf course. The entire unit has AC, dining area for 6, comfortable sofa in the living room with flat screen cable TV and Wifi to stream your favorite movie.
The apartment is situated in the 3rd floor and the constant breeze will have you enjoying your balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your entire meals. You will be 4 minute drive to the beach within the resort. Before you book, we want you to be made aware that we are legally operating vacation rental. Some neighbors and neighborhoods are not in favor of them. There is the possibility of neighbors in the neighborhood to have signage in their yard stating their beliefs on this issue. Summary: This clean, comfortable and modern property is thoughtfully equipped and nicely decorated. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. Parking is convenient and setting is great. Short drive to two different pools and beach with lounge chairs. Not an issue for us but others may need to know that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Well furnished. QR code on router was very helpful, laptop had to be paired as password did not work. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom have firm mattresses. Mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Having 2.5 bathrooms was convenient. Major appliances are all great — convection oven was my fave. Kitchen is decently equipped for a vacation rental though pots and pans left something to be desired (scratched Teflon and old aluminum). This was the only real negative. Rio Mar location cannot be beat. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay again.
