Nestled amongst Palm, Grapefruit and Orange trees, The Bungalow is an ideal escape with your family and friends. The luxuriously appointed property includes amenities for relaxation and play, including custom living and dining spaces. Slip into the sparkling pool for an instant reset, grill your next masterpiece on the built-in BBQ, or sip your favorite cocktail by the Firepit and linger in the cool Scottsdale evenings as the moon and stars illuminate the night sky. Enjoy your meals alfresco on the outdoor 8-person dining table, or step indoors to watch a new movie on one of the many SmartTVs located throughout the home, all pre-programmed with Disney+, Amazon Video, Netflix and YouTube TV. The indoor chef’s-kitchen was custom designed with entertainment in-mind with imported Bosch appliances and limestone counters.
At the heart of The Bungalow is an open-concept great room that spans a formal living area, a dining area, with a connection to the family room and chef’s-kitchen with a wide breakfast bar. The vaulted wood-paneled ceiling, custom concrete fireplace, and cognac leather accents add warmth to the airy space.
