This 1900s home has 2 bedrooms with an additional bunk area, along with keyless entry for quick and easy check-in and a small patio with grass area for your furry friends. Free street parking is available and can usually be found within a block of the home during busy times.
The space:
Welcome to our cozy 1900s house! This brand new space features an open floor plan on the main floor where you will find an electric fireplace in the living room for those chilly nights in, an intimate dining area to enjoy a home cooked meal or for a board game night, a fully stocked kitchen is perfect for making you meals, and main floor powder room. The door off of the kitchen leads to an adorable patio area to enjoy. The 2nd floor houses a guest bedroom with a full size bed, an office with bunk beds (top bunk is intended for children only), and the main bathroom/laundry room combo. Up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom on the 3rd floor with a king sized bed that allows for a restful night sleep and gorgeous sunrise views.
(Please note that this home was built in 1900, so the original stairs throughout are steep and the ceilings on the 3rd floor do slope to under 5 feet at the lowest point. Also the plumbing is sensitive for it's age so we ask that you do not flush anything down the toilet besides the toilet paper that is provides and yes this included not flushing "flushable" wipes.)
There is free parking on the street in front of and on the same block as the property. Please remember to read the street signs, as there is street cleaning on the first and third Monday and Tuesday of the month. Your car will need to be moved or the city will unfortunately gift you a $25 ticket.
Included: Linens, bath towels, hair dryer, steamer, washer and dryer, keurig, and all cooking necessities.
HDTV with Netflix and Amazon streaming. No cable. No local channels. Internet access.
We do allow 1-2 dogs at an additional fee ($50/$75), not cats, but I ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding and not be left alone for more than three-four hours. It is preferable that they be crated when left alone because of the anxiety of being in a new place and the potential for damage to the house.
*Window AC units have been installed for the 2024 summer season
