The space....
As soon as you pull up to our bright and welcoming abode, you'll be greeted with a refreshing sea breeze and stunning marsh views. The house's exterior is charming and inviting, with a flight of wooden stairs leading up to the front porch. The porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
Inside, the house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and airy, with a wall of double glass sliding doors that offer panoramic views of the marsh. The living room is furnished with cozy sofas and chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has a large table that can seat eight people comfortably, making it perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can also try your hand at making a low country boil, a classic southern dish that's easy to prepare and always a hit with guests.
The house has four large bedrooms (3 king beds, 2 twin beds), each one beautifully decorated and designed to make you feel at home. The two full bathrooms with shower/bathtub are spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. In addition, there are 2 living rooms with plenty of space, seating and entertainment for everyone.
The house also has a large screened-in porch where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the marsh. You can watch pelicans and herons catch fish, or just soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze. The porch is also a great spot for outdoor dining, with a large table and chairs. For those looking for a little friendly competition, the house has a ping pong table and cornhole set, perfect for a little family fun. And if you're in the mood for something more relaxing, there are plenty of games and books to enjoy on those unexpected coastal rainy days.

This is a spacious waterfront property with several access points to the river. Please keep a close eye on children all the time as it is important for their safety. In addition, please note that jumping into the water is not allowed due to oyster beds along the bulkhead.
It is worth mentioning that the neighboring house was recently destroyed by fire and still has debris. The owners are currently working with their insurance company to get the remaining structure removed. Until then, we kindly request that you avoid going onto the property and ensure that children are closely supervised while outside.
