All new windows, accent lighting, wood cabinetry, wood floors, Picasso granite counters and tabletops throughout, fresh paint, all new stainless steel appliances, large LED screen TVs, designer furniture and high-end mattresses. House equipped with new heaters and air conditioning units, a complete new patio cover. State-of-the-Art Security System with automated door locks and environmental controls customizable to guest's preference.
Upstairs loft room: A private room offering guests extra sleeping options with two full futons, bean bag chairs with gaming console, 70' LED TV.
This home features 5 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a roomy closet, queen bed w/memory foam mattress, smart TV and ceiling fan. The master has two queen beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, a great walk-in-closet and it's own private bath
It's located just minutes from the heart of the Strip!
The main living areas and kitchen are very open and flowing...perfect for entertaining.
The private backyard features a large above ground jetted spa, as well as an extra large covered patio for lounging and dining. There are lounge chairs, outdoor seating, gas fire table (tenant to supply propane), and a BBQ. Spa heating is included in the nightly rental rate.
Enjoy dining in the newly renovated kitchen with or in the separate dining room that can accommodate up to 9 adults and includes a craps table under the dining table top.
One bedroom is located on the first floor, with a Queen size bed. Four additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The master upstairs bedroom features two Queen beds with a large WIC and large private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The other three upstairs bedrooms each have a single Queen size bed. Each bedroom features it's own large LED TV. Bedrooms offer high-end mattresses furnished with different mattresses of various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences. Upstairs also features a freshly renovated full bathroom.
