This newly remodeled 2600 sq. foot farmhouse, renovated in 2020 (built in 1822) is just the place. Situated on five acres of farmland and woods, it is within 15-30 minutes from many of the Hocking Hills attractions. After a day of hiking, wine tasting, ziplining or whatever adventure you choose, retreat to enjoy the rustic charm of this 1800's abode. Relax on the front or back decks, in the hot tub under the lit pergola, the new rec room or by the firepit.
The farmhouse decor is warm and welcoming for family get togethers (holidays), a girls or guys weekend and more. The three bedrooms and queen sleep sofa in the rec room will accommodate up to 12 guests. The main floor queen master has its own bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The deck can be accessed from the master bedroom. Ascend the open stairway to find two additional bedrooms, including a second queen bed and the third bedroom housing two bottom full/top twin bunk beds (sleeps 6 total). The Jack and Jill bedrooms have walk-in closets and their own sink and toilet while sharing a shower.
With the charm of old school farmhouse decor the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, island, stainless steel appliances and exposed shelving offers all the amenities of home.
