A beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath country home on fifteen acres with picturesque views and plenty of oaky shade awaits a perfect country getaway.
The freshly sodded yard is ideal for games of cornhole and the like, with a picnic table and grill under a shaded porch for outdoor enjoyment.
The home sleeps six, with one king, one queen, one futon, and one extra large sofa.
The kitchen boasts a vented dual gas/electric oven and brand new dishwasher.
The space
Each bedroom and the large living/kitchen area is cooled with mini split a/c units. There is also a dehumidifier to keep the hot humid Texas days out of the house. We tried to keep the nostalgia alive while renovating by using existing items, such as the table and chairs, front door, and sewing table (now a welcome sign). Please gently enjoy this sweet country home.
