Relax on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the firefly’s dance. Across the street there is a gated walkway with direct access to the Guadalupe River. Nice shallow area of the river great to bring a chair and sit in the water and watch the tubers go by! Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options.
Walk into this cozy house with a fully equipped kitchen that includes all the comforts of home. Kick back and play some games at the dining table with 2 bench seats and 4 chairs. 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a comfy sofa.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom is the bunk room. Spacious with 3 sets of full over full bunks. Big comfy sofa in bunk room as well as a large closet for your river gear. Smart TV also in bunkroom.

The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed.
