You’ll enjoy full privacy and access to the entire 2,264 sq. ft. home, featuring a spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a bonus room upstairs—ideal for larger groups or families.
Step out onto the deck overlooking the trail to plan your next ride or just relax in the peaceful Ozark surroundings. The Uphill Both Ways trail runs directly behind the home, offering true Bike-In, Bike-Out access. Ride just 1/3 mile from your back door to the Huntley Gravity Zone, or connect to the Little Sugar and Back 40 trail networks—all easily reachable by bike.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, dishware, flatware, and a breakfast bar with seating—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay.

Summary: The property was as advertised. We originally thought we'd have four or maybe five golfers but ended up with six. There were six beds with three in one bedroom which made it a little cozy for six adults but would've been great for someone with children. We grilled out one night and cooked lasagne on another. All the facilities worked fine. The home was neat and clean and was conveniently located for golf.
