This house is beautiful, 4 minutes to markets, 6 minutes to all shopping and awesome restaurants very convenient to 75 about 5 minutes or so very private and very spacious you would love that you don’t have to pay for the beach price but still be very close. Also can do long term rent .

Summary: We own a property listed on VRBO and have been traveling with VRBO for 20 plus years. This was by far the the most disappointing property ever. When you arrive at a property, there is usually a "welcome book" the book at the property we own explains how to work the TV and the thermostat, suggestions for local restaurants, best beaches to go to etc. The book at this house just lists threats. Everything in the house is counted and there are fines for everything that may be missing. $85.00 for missing silverware, $15.00 for a missing towel, $500.00 if you try to break open the lock box to adjust the temperature. That is the welcome you read when you first get into the house. Have the impression that there must have been some very bad tenants previously. Very loud, on an extremely busy highway where they race cars at night. Bugs in the bathroom, grass hadn't been cut in weeks. Thermostat in a locked box, so on Christmas eve and Christmas when the weather was below 39 degrees, we were really cold. Temperature in the house was 61 degrees. The owner did bring space heaters after 2 days. 2 sheets of sheet rock and some left over tile in the front yard, Back lanai not really furnished, just 2 iron chairs. Never did figure out the TV, if you want network TV you are out of luck. This was a long stay in a stressful environment. Certainly not we have come to expect from a VRBO property.
