Positive: Ten out of ten for the location. Right next to the trams and buses - comfy bed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet building. Excellent communication with the friendly helpful staff.

Negative: We had a few issues with the bathroom but the owners are aware and are resolving these problems.
